My mother is a FA for United and has been commuting out of ASE for over 25 years and she has had problems for the past few years, usually ending up having to fly out of EGE or just driving. You have the advantage of jumpseating on other carriers, where she had to have an extra seat on Express. The only other thing I would be worried about is weight restrictions. Just make sure you have a couple of backups and if it looks iffy at all plan on driving. If you end up doing it, enjoy, I miss being up there.
