On the other hand...if it isn't losing that $1.3 billion...Then, they are lying.
Of course, if you think losing that kind of money(if they really are) is good management...You qualify to hold a seat on most PAX carrier's BODs.
Common sense will have nothing to do with it when it goes to court, trust me on that. I feel your pain, but lawyers and business are another thing totally!
