I don't blame the union for the furloughs in the first place. I blame the union for doing next to nothing to
minimize the furloughs. They offer 2-3 suggestions to the company, the company says "nah, I don't think so," and thats the end of it????? BS.
As far as having the right to complain, I've been with the company less than 9 months, and have volunteered 3 times to help out the union. All 3 times they said: "We'll get back to you..."
I hope things get better after all this. People on both sides of the table are opening their eyes & ears.
