I would like to complement the effort putting together the comparison charts for the different types of airplanes that we fly.
I did notice that the order of things change significantly when the captains payscale was reduced to the lowest common dedominator. That being the year of pay that you are comparing. Note that Evergreen is using a 30 year scale and most of the rest are 15 or less.
I did a quick comparison using the 5 year scale, since Focus only goes up to that, and here is what I came up with.

I just thought that it was interesting to see how things change when you compare apples to apples.
