Maybe it's not the industry that's the problem. It's the people making bad decisions.

It's like going 4 years of college and majoring in music or philosophy because the chance to actually be able to apply their knowledge is slim. Or going in debt without a realistic plan of how to get of out it. The people that know they are going into debt for training, that may already be in debt, without a reasonable realization of what situation they will be in their first 2-3 years after training, and how tough things are going to be, are either stupid or just don't care. But if you are willing to live with the consequences of those decisions then what can be done. Again they can just come online and complain.

Your post is one of the most frightening things I have ever read on this forum.
Why is this frightening? Because I give a balance answer. No rose colored glasses but the sky is not falling. Your answers are of a person that is bitter. What is sad is you have a lot of experiece you could share but the only thing you want to share is your worse experiences.
