It's like going 4 years of college and majoring in music or philosophy because the chance to actually be able to apply their knowledge is slim. Or going in debt without a realistic plan of how to get of out it. The people that know they are going into debt for training, that may already be in debt, without a reasonable realization of what situation they will be in their first 2-3 years after training, and how tough things are going to be, are either stupid or just don't care. But if you are willing to live with the consequences of those decisions then what can be done. Again they can just come online and complain.

Why is this frightening? Because I give a balance answer. No rose colored glasses but the sky is not falling. Your answers are of a person that is bitter. What is sad is you have a lot of experiece you could share but the only thing you want to share is your worse experiences.
I am glad it makes sense to you. Manure shovelers and pilots are similar except for one thing. The manure shoveler doesnt have to make an $800 payment at the end of the month for his training. I can't imagine what your plan is. Either you will go bankrupt in three years or have mom and dad bail you out. There is no point in reasoning with a delusional person.
