I thought about getting one of those big 'prom special' limos, with the hot tub in the back, to take me to the airport all month, but that seems a bit showy.
So I'm wondering if I can use my bank money to pay for airfare home in the middle of a long weekend layover. It would meet the 3 day test, but I'm afraid the system would freak out, since it is in the middle of a trip. Have any of you ever used bank for this? Is it acceptable?
Also, could I use the company's airfares through Global for this? For that matter can I use those fares if I buy a ticket with bank money to I commute?
Thanks for any help you can give,

While this idea meets the letter of the law in the CBA (expense within 3 days of an activity etc.), I have that hat. They will deny the expense. Attempted to fight it to no avail.
This was about 9 years ago though.
Yes, you can use global travel tickets for commuting, if you are short on bank or do not even have a bank you can payroll deduct any overages.
