Being a senior NWA, such as yourself, what your thoughts on the pilots at NWA with regard to changing bases. I know there is a fair amount of DAL guys who wouldn't mind bidding a base further out west, but I was wondering if NWA had a good amount of pilots looking to bid out to the east coast.
I imagine the international categories/larger aircraft will probably grow more senior post-merger.
I'm sure it's pretty much anyone's guess at this point, just trying to figure out the lay of the land down the road.
My take is that most folks will try to keep what they have now both in terms of aircraft and base. NWA is such a commuting airline that most guys will chase the flying if it moves. I'd like to stay on the -400 out of DTW, but if they move most of the flying to ATL, I'll just commute there to try to stay on the -400.
