THANK YOU... LoL there's one in the seniority list that agrees with me. For what it's worth - I have been flying the line for almost 2 months now and have only had 3 flights (in total) leave late due to MX and one was a gate return.

Don't worry... There are more folks out there. Being by the book and trying to screw the company are two different categories. That being said I am not one to "help out" with picking up the open time, dropping the brake without a cargo slip, opening the galley door, etc. Truth of the matter is there has been little or no excuse lately- and there won't be until the winter weather arrives. Hourly employees are ruled by fear and mgmt is great at making everyone think the "sky is falling". That being said- CONTRACT NOW!
you can add me. i am like higney. im not a captain, but most the guys i fly with want to get out on time, and want to run a good airline. i think that is what is going to go good for us in dc also. we haven't been doing anything to cause the company harm. we have been running good and flights have been ontime. but on the other hand i do not pick up open time. i do not anser the phone for junior man assignments. i will not go the extra mile till the company recognizes the hard work the pilots are doing.
