There are 2 bus services directly out in front of the airport. Don't remember the exact cost but something in the neighborhood of 6-7 euros IIRC. The one I took stops in front of Trinity College. Walk back to the corner behind the bus and the hotel is across the street in front of you. Easy peasy, Japanesey.
