You are correct - "No bump - no flush" is currently just a concept, nothing more. I have seen numerous references to it as if it was already written in our contracts. Until the SLI and related details are finalized it is nothing more than a noble goal.
Regarding the thread title, Cash Reserves, it appears DAL just spent a little more of that cash by increasing the 777LR order by two more - now thats the way to spend your cash.

All I can say is if they can't achieve "no bump/flush" as a minimum this is going to be one hellacious place to work.
