I find this almost, almost, humorous that this sort of discussions takes place here. I am sure your new hires are issued a contract. We have the same problem at WO that alot of folks dont take the time to know the contract. But this is especially humorous, cmon, how does this conversation enlighten the flying population on the state of the industry? It doesnt. This information is good for lazy, can't be bothered to read my contract, sort of purple folks.
