There was a note on Unimatic this morning from Paul Carlson. No real details, but said that they had "over surplussed" in the first round, and that some of those surpluses would be canceled. Also said that the block hour forecast for 09 will have more hours and that the depth and timing of furloughs will have to be looked at.
