They could just as easily have jumped on the bandwagon like nearly every other company in operation and announced furlough. I find it commendable the lengths they are going to in order to maintain their pilot group. As one near the bottom, I am obviously thrilled to see this, and if I am in a more senior position in the future when something like this happens again, I will be more than happy to accept a lower pay line because I will remember what it meant to me as a junior pilot.
