Hey guys,

You know the bottom line is that the MAJORITY of the airlines out there DO NOT ask you to sign a contract of any sort for training. It has been my experience that any carrier that asks you to do this has something very very wrong going on if they can not keep employees. The contract should be a warning flag to you. Plain and Simple. If they can not run their business in such a way that an employee can work and live a "decent life" while employed there, then they should not be in business. And that goes for any industry. Not just the airlines.

Regards,
