Same way you use the A, B and C! Right?

A little searching on the truphone site yielded this little gem -

I cannot dial the "+" sign when making a Truphone call on the iPhone

This is a known issue that should be fixed in the next release. Simply replace the "+" with "00" or "011" in the USA. The App Store will keep you up to date with any future releases and updates.
