From what I understand the contract is 24000$ for 3 years.You leave after one year, pay 16000$, two years, pay 8000$ and so on- prorarte....nothing out of the salary.

They give you the 737-800 type rating and trying to avoid people getting typed and running away.As far as "something wrong" there, I don't know, that's what I'm trying to find out.How's the schedule, pay, days off etc.
