While in San Juan preparing to fly to MEM for a hubturn to ATL, I read an email from a guy who said he had a "good deal" for me regarding my ATL trip. He didn't say anything else except he would see me in ops when I arrived. Of course I figured he wanted to bump me...cool. Nope. Again, claiming the "good deal" line, he said he had an LAX trip he wanted to trade me for my ATL trip. I stared while waiting, but he never did smile. Only when he went on to tell me his trip paid 7:16 while mine was only 7:00(back when we were guaranteed 7:00 per day, or 3.43-1. By the way, why did we give that up again?), and followed by saying I would make an extra 16 minutes of pay, did I realize he was serious!

Where do we get these guys?
