I know at least 3 people who were hired at CAL with no PIC turbine time. They only had right seat 121 experience just like you. It can't hurt to apply. CAL is actively hiring as we speak. In today's world, I couldn't think of a better "dream job" at a legacy carrier than CAL. Good luck to you.
