So I would like to apply in fall, Sept time frame, if they are still hiring. What do think, should try again. I really did enjoy it and everybody was nice but, what does the company not right for you mean? Is it that I just do not fit the company culture? I walked away a little puzzled by the whole thing. I interviewed with 850tt 110 multi I'll at least 1200tt 200 multi next time around. What does anyone think?
Could be a dozen or more different things - not sure what they're asking in the interview these days but if you said anything that didn't sound right ie: won't like commuting, won't like reserve, haven't worked in a crew environment, I dunno - They interview a lot of people and tend to know who will fit and who they think may quit within a year. We have a lot of FO's quit because of several things, mainly to do with schedules, flight time, reserve time, commuting etc. and they need to eliminate those they think may cost them more in the long run.
That said - definately interview again with your higher time and let them know you're interested in staying here for a while. It's still the fastest upgrade around! Good Luck. - BCD
