I dont think thats true of any airline ground school. Youve got to ask why so many are leaving/washing out. Are they washing out due to lack of effort, intelligence or genuine skill? Are they getting forced out by vindictive instructors/examiners? Or are they getting 3 weeks into training and realizing what a sh!thole they've gotten into?

Any kid who doesn't know better would love the oppurtunity to fly a CRJ with 400hrs TT. Ask an Indy Air refugee how much they like working for Pinnacle, Im sure youll get a little different perspective. The ones who don't like working at Pinnacle and see it for what it is are probably the ones who are embarassed to admit they work there.

Who did you let pay you $9/hr to fly a 172!?!? Have some self respect man. The least I've ever been paid to fly was $15 (about what a first year Great Lakes FO makes flying a 1900) and I was flying 152s and 172s.
