One of the 'qualifiers' is a 'degree'.
Most people who have degrees (at least in my generation) have the ability to communicate with proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, Capitalization and syntax.
It is commonly referred to as 'professionalism'. It comes across from the first impression.
Sorry, perhaps it is the latent English professor -for which I was qualified and might have done had Viet Nam not come along. The original 'quote', above, just gives me a headache. Your mileage may vary.
Perhaps it is just a 'generational' thing, which is a pity. It is just plain lazy . . .which is my opinion . .and I'm sticking to it. On the plus side, I don't do the interviews
