Ever industry has the bottom of the barrel - and you have found it.
Do you or have you flown for Pinnacle? Are these conclusions you have came up with by being a line pilot here or did you read it on some message board?
we have our share of problems, but half the class not finishing through training isnt one of them.
In my class we stared with 14 and finished with 11. The 3 that didnt make it through, 2 had family emergencies, and the third got an offer from a larger cargo airline while in training with us. Its far from half, and the training department isnt hear to get you.
I find our pilot group to be great. though i dont have anything to compare it to. Of course there are few captains that FOs would rather not fly with, but i am sure that is the case with every other airline, majors or regionals.
Good luck in class CL-65 driver, and I am pretty sure you can hold MEM out of class.
