I know some folks at KeyAir and work with a few ex-KeyAir guys.

Its charter. Much of it on-demand. Pay does not seem very good, but it seems like a good bunch of pilots to work with. Some seem to make the transition over to the Gulfstreams, some dont...

Hard to really categorize it IMO - coming from a Regional it may seem good, coming from other parts of corporate it may be very low end. Some ideas? - There are hawker guys making 55K, there are Gulfstream guys making 140K. The quality of Health Benefits seemed like a big complaint.

Best suggestion, of course, is to try and get an interview and see for yourself!

Good Luck!

Here is a recent (week or so) opening posted on our WEBSITE for KeyAir looking for Hawker pilots in Oxford KOXC.

Hope that helps...
