I think you need to re-read the post. I was not talking about mistreating equipment or slowing down. If we take action, we are not to be taken to court because a website, we are going to taken because those actions, period. This place is not as anonimous as you may think, and I think what he is trying to say is that before you go off make the rest of the pilots in the country look like idiots (passengers dont know which airline you work for) you need to step back and think about the best way to go about this. And just like the rest of us, you can always quit.
