If we take action, we are not to be taken to court because a website, we are going to taken because those actions, period. Yeah I work for Delta. I've also worked at two other regionals prior to getting hired seven years ago. I can tell you that if you put this stuff on a website don't think that the company isn't watching. If a slowdown were to occur, they will use this in court. AA pilots and Comair pilots got burned because of a voice recording and pilot groups can get burned for this. Its hard for a judge not to believe that if a slowdown is being advocated on a website, between pilots, and that slowdown does occur that there wasn't collusion. You will get boned and mediators don't put up with this. That's what I'm saying.
Freak out? I could care less what you do. I'll just hate to say I told you so. Learn from others who've been there before you. Sounds like this is your first contract.
