Not sure what the problem is...at least you were able to cut and paste at the time...when I did it, it totally screwed up the format and I had to hand-type the entire resume on their web site in that little box thats there. Maybe your sername and password got screwed up? I heard they are trying to make the web site more user friendly. Sorry this doesn't help, but I do feel your pain. Best of luck to you!
