Warning: Dork factor high.

I was wondering if there is anybody out there who has done the Air War College Culture Simulation for Edition 16 of AWC. I can't finish this d@mn computer game...and it is the last thing that I have to get done to get this program over with. Does ANYBODY have any insight as to how to complete this thing? Thanks.
