??? Sounds like an excellent way to weed out those talented folks who were aimless and uninspired at some point in their youth, but then got their act together.

Zero-defect mentality...I knew a minor indescretion as an O-1 would preclude ever making flag rank, but counting high school against college is ridiculous!
