What's the latest trends in 727 SO Reserve usage?

Looking at open time in the mornings, it appers the # of unfilled trips that remain for the schedulers to fill has increased to 4 or 5 trips a day --- plus the usual airport standbys.

...also, looks like the "Max Open" #s have dropped significantly from the 25+ range to the 12-15 range.

Is it getting harder for reserve guys to move or drop R-days?
