Since airline hiring has slowed down so much I'd get your CFI, CFII and MEI and do some instruction for a year or so and then go from there... Otherwise you’ll be stuck as an FO for years. On the other hand, your instructing background might help you later if you want to volunteer for the training department at your next airline... Just my worthless 1/2 ˘
