Well if your a low time pilot in order to become a captain in a C208 I'm assuming its a 135 operator, you'll need 1200tt 100night and 500xc. That may take a little while. SIC/Turbine time in a single pilot certified aircraft is worthless unless you upgrade and build PIC turbine.
I think its in your best interest to finish your CFI's and instruct. I never finished my CFI's and I kick myself at times because if I get furloughed right now those CFI ratings can be a fall back. Flight schools are always hiring as opposed to the airlines right now. Just food for thought.
