Manwanafly, I had the same questions you have about where do I go. I did look at and pay the initial fee of about $900 to go to Gulfstream PFT school in Ft. lauderdale-Same deal, they offer you a job after completing the 30,000 school. But after reading these forums and understanding a lot of these guys have paid there dues and part of paying your dues is the CFI route and building time, I withdrew from the course and lost $900 and went on to get my CFI so I can also do it the right way and feel good about it. There is a lot of experienced pilots on this forum and I listened to their advice and I can say I have learn a lot by teaching and feel more confident in my skills as a pilot. Just my 2 cents!
