I flew the CJ3. It's a great airplane. It has very good performance, although it's not the rocket that the Lears are. I liked the Pro Line 21 with the integrated Collins FMS, some guys don't like it. It depends on what you were working with before.

It's short field qualities are outstanding. We flew one into a 3000' strip at 4000' elevation on a monthly basis. However, we could not takeoff with much of a load. So, we would drop off our pax at this airport, and then fly to an airport about 25 miles away with a 5000' runway where we would pick them up. It worked out well for the pax because they had a meeting in both towns. So, we would drop off at the short strip where they would have a meeting. Then, they would drive to the other town for their second meeting where we would pick them up for the next leg.

PM me if you want more info on the plane.
