I don't pay dues for that cooperative spirit. The company should be bow legged, limping and in sore need of a drink when they go home every day during negotiations! By nature they are (or should be anyhow) two opposing forces. I would hope that the 777 pay rate negotiations are contentious, aggressive and mutually antagonistic. Do what you are paid to do. Represent the interests of the pilots that elected you.
