Default Jimmy Stewart

Pretty sure he did not fly B-58s. Think it was B-36s in the Air Force Reserve, although he was portrayed as a B-47 pilot in at least one movie.

Wikipedia says he flew Singles and Twins in an IP role about 1942, then B-17s in a training role, and flew combat in the B-24. It does not say he flew to Ploesti. It confirms he flew as an observer in the BUFF in Vietnam.

John Denver's dad set a low-altitude speed record in the B-58. Denver's real last name was Deutchendorf.

Jimmy stewart was one stand-up guy.
