Very true CVG (my hometown by the way) Mergers are almost never good for the employees. They happen quite a bit here in Silicon Valley. I have a friend who works for Peoplesoft, and when Larry Ellison (Oracle) came in and took over the company, it caused tremendous stress, as well as the inevitable layoffs.

I also have a couple of clients that were pilots for TWA and Reno Air, and of course now they work for American - they have absolutely nothing good to say about that! Not to mention, in spite of all of their experience, were forced from left seat to right.
