Unfortunately, not many of us know what they are actually looking for to begin with at NJA. I think you should make the decision on what is best for you right now. NJA is a long shot. If we have 10,000 qualified resumes and we hire 400 next year your chances are pretty slim. Go somewhere were you are going to be comfortable at if you don't get NJA because looking at the numbers you may be there for a while. If CapeAir is a place you think you'd like to work for a few years then go there. If you are going to go there solely hoping you improve your chances at NJA then you might become miserable and it would be a bad move. Tough call.
