not sure what to tell ya. I was told by HR that the aircraft were assigned on a need basis....BUT....if you are coming from 121 like 80% of the guys post sept 22nd class, and there is a jet slot...you'll most likely get it - true or not who knows just a messenger here. i've spent the last year in the erj145 and quite frankly i couldn't give a rats left n*t what they give me as long 1) i get the job and 2)its turbine! Shame on the guys who frown on TProps.
