I interviewed with them about 5 years ago with no contacts at all, just sent a resume. The interview was at FSI ATL and they interveiwed 20ish candidates for 3-4 openings.

Overall it was a positive interview experience, but since then I've heard stories that made me glad I didnt get the job. One thing that did come across during the 2-day interview was the cultish atmosphere at WM.
