This situation isn't uncommon at all. They just need to be able to review the hours you claim. So, when you go to interview print the electronic logbook and take that along with your physical ones. And don't forget to sign every page of your printout!
I did this same thing - just so that I had them nicely printed out and in a binder - civilian and military; but I hadn't planned on signing my computer printouts since I had my original logbooks also with signatures.
