You need a UPS ID badge if you go in yourself; or if ordering over the phone they will need your ID number, and they will verify employment. If not, they won't build it. That's what they told me anyway when I went in to order a 767. Same for the 1/400 metal models built by Gemini Jets. The only place to get those new is from UPS if you are a UPS employee.
So while there are other shops out there where you can get UPS airplanes, those might be "bootlegs" if not approved by UPS. Probably not a big deal though as it probably isn't too hard to reproduce the logo and livery.
My Atlantic Models 767 is 1/100 scale, and I got it for about $210 (usually about $250), and is perfect as far as I can tell.
Also, I've been told mahogany models can deform over long periods of time if exposed to high humidity. Not so with resin.
