I was commuting out of JFK and one of the smurfs wouldn't let me pass because she "had not heard of my airline." I was baffled.... true, it was a Jet-Blue concourse, but i work for Comair and I was in uniform. I looked at her and replied " you think i like dressing up like this for my own entertainment, yes I work for Comair and we actually have a base here in terminal 2." She took my drivers license and compared with name on my jumpseat pass I got at the check in counter. Eventually, after calling a supervisor, she let me through.
