With so many varied schedules and logistical issues how do we set the date and what do we want? Each responsible for renting own rooms? A large suite arrangement? A party room and a few others to pass out in or ??? I am a poor social planner but would like an invitation to the party. I think Vegas would be good and there are lots of flights in and out. End of July is out for me as well as third week of Sept. Where do we start? Ideas? We will need a social director responsible for arranging activities to break the ice and to have some "fun" activities arranged. We have talked all spring about this rendezvous. It's time to start talking details. By the way, anybody who is looking for a quiet and uneventful weekend need not attend. And, what goes on in Vegas, stays in Vegas! Volunteers? Ideas?
