I'm not advocating any sort of slowdown. I wouldn't want to ruin our reputation as the best airline for on time performance. I'm just saying if you are going to be as safe as possible, why does is matter if there is someone behind you or not? Maybe you should strive to be a little safer all the time. The best thing that could happen is to spread our safety culture throughout all of the stations and hubs we travel to... it will have the greatest effect for all of us.
