I think understand, if what management says is true- the fact that we're not flying as much as we should be, and the fact that EWR base is opening open isnt bringing any additional hours per month. because of the outstation closures in the cleveland route structure, but i dont know whats true and whats not. i thought the company was doing wellit just sucks. i get domiciled in EWR one month and furloughed the next.
