There is a bunch of shady part 135s operating from South Florida in anything from DC-3s to King Airs to Citations...

If you like seaplane flying Seaborne Airlines is worth a look

Based out of the USVI, they fly a couple DHC-6s on Wipline 13000s... you will need to have C-MES and 1500TT (but I think that they hire with a lot less) ... the only problem is that I don't think they fly at night (maybe seldom to shuttle aircraft) and you can loose instrument currency pretty quick.
