Perhaps I just don't understand. Was the accident a result of the crew being tired or a result of them goofing around, showing each other the nastiest porn they could find on their phones and missing a stop signal? I wonder if it was found that a captain was texting even five minutes prior to crashing short of the runway if we would get new crew rest rules or just get lambasted for being spoiled and irresponsible.
