I agree in part though, 1000 TPIC doesn't assure anything anymore. Other than you can join the other 20,000 apps on file at xx airline.

The QOL, respect for human dignity, and pay are far better at SKW. Only a senior mesa 900 CA comes anywhere close to SKW pay. The best part for me was going from 8 to 18 days off/month in one year
