In my case, I'm thinking of trying to get on with a good regional. Based on the research I've done, I determined that Skywest, Eagle, ASA, Comair, and Jetlink are some of the best. But I could be way off....anybody wanna weigh in? What airlines would you say are "good" in terms of QOL, least amount of furloughs, and pay?
